Your local CAP Life Skills is a friendly group where you'll gain practical skills and discover new ways to live for a brighter future.
CAP Life Skills helps and supports you through
Content – Delivered over 8 weeks in a fun and interactive way you will learn practical skills to make the most of what you have. Sessions teach you practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget, living well on less, and making your money go further. You will also learn keys to developing healthy relationships and a life full of joy and hope.
Coaching –Your Life Skills coach will provide you with practical and relevant support to ensure you get the most out of the course. They are open and caring people who will walk with you every step of the CAP Life Skills journey.
Community –CAP Life Skills provides a community of like-minded people from your area that you can support and be supported by throughout the course. They’ll be people in similar situations to you - people who will understand you and can encourage you.
