Venue Hire

St Peters in the City has facilities available to hire for your conference, seminar or training requirements. If you have a group of up to 250 people we have spaces available for break-out rooms and meetings.
Our venue is close to the CBD and cafés only a few minutes walk away. Our grounds are peaceful and away from the hustle-bustle of the city centre. You’ll find parking buildings 1-3 blocks away so there is plenty of parking available for your delegates. We are also on main bus routes if your delegates are using public transport.

AUDITORIUM: lecture/theatre style seating perfect for 250 – seats up to 300 people.

  • Sound and data facilities are available (technician fees apply).

LIBRARY: breakout space or exhibition. Space for up to 30 or standing room for 50.

HALL: wooden floor suitable for dancing, banquets. Can accommodate 160 – seats up to 120 people.

NURSERY LOUNGE: seminar room suitable for training or breakout sessions – seats up to 15 people.

UPPER ROOM: large open-plan space suitable for 75 – seats up to 60 people or 90 standing.

FOYER: perfect for exhibition space, morning teas, etc.

KITCHEN: large well equipped kitchen suitable for catering, morning teas, etc. Has the following amenities:

  • Commercial gas oven with gas hob
  • Electric/Steam oven
  • Kitchen equipment
  • Cutlery and Crockery
  • Glassware
  • Commercial refrigerator
  • Two large automatic water boilers for tea and coffee
